Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator role supports marketing activities across multiple residential communities, coordinating digital and traditional efforts, managing vendor relationships, and producing on-brand materials. This onsite position in Charlotte, NC ensures consistent messaging across channels while tracking performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Update and manage property listings across platforms including Apartments.com, Zillow, JTurner, Knock, Tour24, Threshold, and RealPage, ensuring accuracy of photos, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy of online listings, imagery, pricing, and promotional content across channels.
  • Monitor support tickets and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues promptly and complete projects.
  • Coordinate virtual tours, video shoots, and photography with Shootin and other media partners.
  • Partner with Knock CRM to track leads, generate reporting, and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Keep property websites and landing pages current, aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles.
  • Administer contracts and renewals for marketing and advertising services.
  • Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and monitor campaign results.
  • Design and edit marketing collateral using Canva, including flyers, banners, social graphics, and resident communications.
  • Develop property-specific promotional materials that reflect brand standards.
  • Support social media content planning by creating calendars and coordinating posting with on-site teams.
  • Track marketing results, lead sources, and occupancy metrics to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and regional managers to ensure marketing aligns with leasing goals.
  • Assist in new property lease-ups and acquisitions by executing targeted marketing initiatives and system rollouts.
  • Help plan and execute resident and community events.
  • Monitor resident and prospect experience metrics to drive improvements.
  • Maintain map listings with partners such as Google Maps and Apple Maps.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or property management, or a combination of internships, part-time roles, and coursework; early-career candidates are welcome.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, vendor management, and property marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills; willingness to learn vendor tools such as Knock, RealPage, Threshold, J Turner, Tour24, Shootin, and listing platforms like Zillow and Apartments.com.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing collateral.
