Job Description
Kimley-Horn is seeking a Marketing Analyst/Coordinator to join its Sarasota, Florida team. This on-site position emphasizes proposal development, assembling marketing materials, data management, and coordinating client events and project communications.
Overview
Location: Sarasota, Florida — on-site only. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Draft and edit a range of communications including proposals, qualifications statements, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, and award submissions.
- Lead and coordinate kickoff meetings and activities related to proposal production, participating as needed.
- Collaborate with consultant partners to establish teaming arrangements and gather marketing collateral.
- Engage with professionals, project managers, and technical staff to support marketing efforts.
- Query the marketing database, enter data, and maintain data accuracy on an ongoing basis.
- Plan and coordinate special projects such as conferences, open houses, and client events.
- Interview subject matter experts and produce or revise technical content for target audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to travel as needed.
