MARKETING COORDINATOR
Job Description
Temporary Marketing Coordinator position onsite in Austin, TX supporting Hyatt Lifestyle Group's Austin hub for approximately 6-8 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing and branding initiatives across promotions, collateral production, digital channels, events, public relations, partnerships, email campaigns, and creative design tasks.
- Contribute to the creation and organization of brand-wide presentations and decks used for business development, owner briefings, and new initiatives.
- Assist in compiling post-event recap reports and contribute to monthly marketing performance updates.
- Join brainstorming sessions for campaigns, partnerships, and creative projects.
- Facilitate monthly marketing meetings with properties as needed.
- Maintain vanity hotel websites with regular updates.
- Photograph select marketing assets for F&B specials, retail, events, and related needs.
- Coordinate large scale photoshoots, including creating shot lists, coordinating with property teams to secure props, and ensuring on-brand photography on set.
- Support the development of the social media strategy in collaboration with the content team.
- Gain exposure to marketing disciplines across Graphics, Social, Copy Direction, Art Direction and Retail.
- Assist with paid media efforts by supporting campaign setup, updating targeting, and monitoring performance.
- Support database growth initiatives such as sweepstakes, brand collaborations, and paid marketing activities.
- Create and manage content workflows, scheduling, posting, engagement, and monitoring for brand social channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Assist influencer partnerships by screening inquiries, coordinating with properties, drafting agreements, and evaluating content performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven organizational abilities with strong multitasking and deadline-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is beneficial.
- Interest in hospitality, branding, and digital marketing.
