Job Description

Palmer Hamilton LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Elkhorn, WI onsite team, guiding content creation and the development of brochures, sales tools, and visual assets. The role sits inside a fast-paced marketing group that relies on AI-driven workflows to accelerate production while preserving a strong brand standard across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall goals
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate across sales, senior leadership, and external partners
  • Verify assets for accuracy, brand consistency, and readiness for deployment
  • Create brochures, sales materials, presentations, and visual assets using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Develop high-quality print and digital marketing materials
  • Maintain brand consistency and professional execution across all outputs
  • Assist with campaign coordination, asset management, and internal requests
  • Support lead processes and updates to marketing systems
  • Help maintain organized, accurate marketing data
  • Assist with pricing updates and product-related materials
  • Ensure sales tools and marketing assets reflect current offerings
  • Support reporting and tracking of marketing performance, including dashboards and basic insights
  • Actively use AI tools to create content, accelerate production, and improve output quality
  • Follow and help refine structured workflows to increase speed and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline execution
  • Contribute to building a modern, AI-enabled marketing function

Requirements

  • About five years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on execution and content production
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required
  • Proven ability to create brochures, sales materials, and visual assets
  • Experience working across multiple areas of marketing
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-output environment
  • Willingness and ability to adopt AI tools in daily work
