Job Description

The Marketing Content Specialist role at Omega Builders is based onsite in Temple, TX, and focuses on shaping the brand voice while managing both digital and physical presentations of Omega’s homes and communities. This position blends content creation, brand engagement, and sales support to drive lead generation and ensure every home is accurately represented across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create SEO-friendly content for community pages, the website blog, listing descriptions, and email campaigns, including drip programs, VIP communications, and inventory-focused sends
  • Collaborate with agency partners on technical SEO, online reputation management, and digital community engagement across review platforms and related channels
  • Maintain website content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and high visual quality
  • Assist in producing and updating sales and marketing collateral such as community materials, digital assets, and promotional content
  • Oversee budgeting, sourcing, and upkeep of branded merchandise and event materials
  • Support coordination of professional photography and other content production needs
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events including grand openings, realtor events, Parade of Homes, and community showcases
  • Nurture realtor relationships through targeted CRM outreach and event participation
  • Build and maintain HubSpot email templates, automated drip campaigns, and lead-nurturing workflows
  • Communicate updates and marketing initiatives to the sales team
  • Analyze ROI and effectiveness of digital advertising, email, and social media campaigns
  • Perform routine administrative and reporting tasks, including ongoing customer data management
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or real estate/homebuilding is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
