- Manage two assigned social media pages, including maintaining content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement.
- Plan, shoot, and edit original social media photos, short-form videos, reels, and stories from concept through final delivery.
- Design branded social graphics, write captions, and adapt creative assets to each platform while following approved brand guidelines.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond or escalate appropriately per company guidelines.
- Track performance and provide concise monthly reporting with improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate photo and video schedules with the Photographer and Social Media Managers, including participants, locations, props, products, and required approvals.
- Capture engaging content featuring employees, customers, events, products, and company initiatives.
- Support participants by helping employees and others feel comfortable and energized while appearing on camera.
- Identify content opportunities by approaching people throughout the organization and following through on story ideas.
- Create and update marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, booklets, newsletters, flyers, signage, sales materials, event collateral, and employee materials.
- Translate approved messaging and project requirements into clear layouts using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Prepare files for digital use, internal distribution, professional printing, and vendor production.
- Proofread materials to confirm accuracy for names, dates, offers, locations, contact information, links, and required disclosures.
- Maintain current templates and brand assets for each company and remove outdated versions from circulation.
- Develop and maintain marketing packages for products, services, campaigns, and initiatives, coordinating with departments to keep assets organized and on-brand.
- Develop approved merchandise concepts and coordinate sourcing, pricing, samples, ordering, inventory, assembly, and distribution.
- Coordinate branded packages, promotional items, new-hire materials, employee incentives, sponsorship materials, and event supplies.
- Support event logistics including schedules, merchandise, signage, promotional materials, activities, and other on-site needs.
- Help plan and coordinate team-building activities, holiday parties, customer appreciation events, sponsorships, community initiatives, and other company events.
- Track vendor quotes, production deadlines, quantities, delivery dates, and final costs.
Requirements
- Advanced hands-on video editing skills for short-form storytelling, pacing, captions, audio, and platform-ready exports.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality social media content independently.
- Strong graphic design skills and ability to convert brand guidelines into polished presentations, brochures, and social assets.
- Experience managing social media pages end-to-end, including planning, publishing, engagement, and basic performance reporting.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining quality under pressure.
