Job Description

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas is seeking a Manager of Marketing Communications to lead the planning, organization, and execution of marketing communications across internal and external channels. This remote role emphasizes website development and optimization, SEO/GEO, and user experience to support Medical Informatics (PACS) products, while coordinating with business units to tell the clinical story across digital and live channels. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery, budgets, and vendor partnerships to drive communications effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Plans corporate and product communications strategies aligned with BU marketing goals, using a coordinated mix of channels and tactics.
  • Collaborates with the BU on clinical messaging and delivery for a defined area such as radiology, cardiology, or pathology PACS, internally and externally.
  • Recommends communications tactics, budget allocation, and activities for approved strategies; prepares briefs detailing goals, scope, background, content, creative parameters, timing, and budget.
  • Sets metrics and KPIs to measure success for each campaign and communications strategy.
  • Focuses on website optimization and user experience.
  • Leads SEO and GEO initiatives and tactics.
  • Oversees the BU advertising budget with accurate tracking and reconciliation with vendors, the finance department, and other cost centers on specific projects.
  • Manages portfolio areas for designated products, including cardiology marketing content, tactics, and projects.
  • Determines informational needs for communication tactics by collaborating with Directors, Downstream marketing, and Product/Marketing Managers.
  • Coordinates and manages creative briefings with input from appropriate stakeholders.
  • Supports coordination of Medical Informatics digital platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory requirements and adheres to established policies and procedures.
  • Identifies and contracts external resources and agencies, manages them, and writes performance expectations to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Establishes and manages vendor budgets, produces monthly spend analyses, and tracks budget compliance or variation; oversees fulfillment services, vendor relations, and inventory management.
  • Plans project-specific photo shoots, video productions, and editing sessions.
  • Assists with internal and external event planning, including venue selection and logistics, contributing to event execution decisions.
  • Supports PR, Employee Communications, Event, and E-Communications efforts; collaborates with Fujifilm Holdings to identify synergies and leverage shared resources.
  • Develops marketing communication materials for specific product lines, notably cardiology, and maintains libraries for advertising, brochures, web content, presentations, e-blasts, and trade shows.
  • Prepares routine reports and documents to measure sales and promotional communications effectiveness; prepares budgets and project tracking.
  • Assists product management with media and advertising materials to represent cardiology products to customers and prospects; plans and manages all marketing communications activities.
  • Supports content generation for trade, event, print, and e-based communications including email, web, and social media.
  • Collaborates with internal events teams and external agencies to support trade show presence and related promotional campaigns.
  • Complies with FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 standards, and all other applicable laws and standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of marketing communications or advertising experience in healthcare, IT, and B2B environments, in either agency or client-side roles.
  • PACS or enterprise imaging marketing experience, from a clinical setting or a PACS vendor marketing team.
  • Experience with online communications, demand generation, lead nurturing, media planning, sales enablement tools, events, and trade show marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven project management skills with a track record of on-time campaign delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective collaboration with healthcare product management, Sales, and corporate communications to convey clinical messaging.
  • Strong presentation and analytics capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools, and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Showpad, and similar technologies.
