Job Description

Join Rhino-Back Roofing in Simsbury, CT as a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This onsite role focuses on building and scaling full‑funnel programs that consistently generate qualified in‑home sales appointments for residential roofing. The team offers a competitive base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 per year, plus a performance bonus of up to approximately $120,000. You will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, relocation assistance if needed, employee discounts, and a referral program. The role stresses rapid delivery and iterative improvement, with collaboration between the CTO and in‑house creative talent to ship MVPs in weeks rather than quarters.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale marketing funnels that provide a predictable flow of qualified in‑home sales appointments for the sales team.
  • Rejuvenate existing leads and customers into reactivation and referral campaigns that book real appointments.
  • Collaborate with a paid agency to design and test offers and hooks.
  • Build landing pages and forms using simple tools or light development you oversee.
  • Route leads into the CRM with clear ownership and follow‑up processes.
  • Attach email and SMS nurture to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Launch 3–4 core flows from the outset: insurance‑funded winbacks, homeowner funded not now/no-show, and past customer reviews plus referrals.
  • Deliver initial versions quickly, then iterate based on results.
  • Define and track metrics such as marketing‑sourced appointments per week, reactivated appointments, and jobs generated from these flows; collaborate with the CTO to present a simple weekly view for leadership.
  • Pull and segment lists, draft flows in email/SMS tools, sketch landing pages and offers, and bring campaigns into production.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in digital or growth marketing for a lead‑gen or home services oriented business.
  • Strong direct‑response copy skills across emails, texts, landing pages, and ads.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one marketing automation platform and one landing page tool.
  • Comfortable directing a paid agency and in‑house content creator/video shooter, while owning overall performance.

Application Questions

  1. Describe one specific funnel (ads + landing page + nurture) you personally built that increased booked sales appointments. What were the before and after numbers?
  2. Share an example of a reactivation or lifecycle campaign you built from an old lead list. What did you send, and what happened?
