In-House Marketing Agent

This on-site role in Mashpee, MA supports on-property guest and owner engagement for Capital Vacations, coordinating updates and sales presentations on property.

Responsibilities

• Generate enthusiasm for Capital Vacations offerings among guests, owners, and members on property
• Invite Owners to attend an Owner's Update
• Invite Non-Owners to attend a Capital Vacations sales presentation
• Assist guests and Owners with on-site and off-site needs
• Facilitate a smooth, friendly, and efficient check-in experience for guests and Owners
• Understand qualifications and company policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local shows, attractions, and locations
• Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately, completely, and legibly
• Handle cash responsibly
• Maintain production at or above minimum performance standards
• Answer inbound and outbound telephone calls
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Lead generation experience preferred
• OPC or In-House experience preferred
• Tenacious and outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays required

The In-House Marketing Agent provides information and opportunities for guests, owners, or members staying on property to receive an owner update of Capital Vacations properties and participate in a sales presentation.
