Marketing Coordinator

Branchlands Senior Independent Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator based in Charlottesville, VA to support marketing and admissions efforts across Branchlands Senior Independent Living and Linden House Assisted Living. In this role, you will work onsite and help drive results that support budgeted occupancy targets through referrals, tours, and move-in closing activities, while contributing to internal and external marketing execution.

What you’ll do

The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Business Development and supports day-to-day marketing and admissions work. Your focus will be on practical, customer-facing activities and coordinated marketing follow-through.

• Help ensure budgeted occupancy targets are met by generating referrals
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents
• Support closing activities for resident move-ins
• Assist with the development and execution of internal and external marketing activities

Skills and experience needed

• Strong computer skills, including an intermediate Excel skill level
• Familiarity with vendor application systems
• Enjoy working with senior citizen clientele
• Comfort working as a team player
• Senior care or healthcare admissions experience highly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Energetic, professional, and courteous demeanor

This in-person position offers $19.23 per hour (USD 19 - 19 per hourly).
