Marketing Promotion Host

Carson Valley Inn is hiring a full-time Marketing Promotion Host in Minden, NV, onsite. This role supports guest-facing service, coordinates marketing promotions and special event activities, and helps ensure events run smoothly from inquiry through setup and follow-through.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Promotion Host, you will manage incoming event and marketing inquiries, support promotional programming inside the casino, and assist with guest registration and event hosting. The position also involves creating and maintaining event production materials and coordinating internal communication for special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming special events questions and marketing calls.
• Produce event sheets, tracking reports, badge lists, and other event production materials.
• Assist with hosting casino promotions.
• Assist with registration of guests for events.
• Produce events such as tournaments and special event parties.
• Interact and communicate with departments relating to special events.
• Maintain event files.
• Coordinate and set up for Ladies Night in the casino.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience required in sales and marketing promotions.
• Strong organization skills and computer knowledge, including tools such as Excel.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card, and must meet the age requirement of 21 years.

Compensation

USD 20–23 per hour (Full-time).
