Job Description

Summit Management is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Resident Experience Coordinator to strengthen resident and customer experiences across both online and offline touchpoints. In this onsite role in Stillwater, MN, you will support day-to-day marketing activity while tracking engagement, responding to questions and reviews, and contributing to reputation and brand consistency across Summit’s corporate and property portfolio.

You will help connect customer needs with practical improvements by analyzing feedback, conducting research, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly. Alongside that, the position covers core marketing execution including social media, online advertisements and listings, analytics, and email campaign creation.

Key Responsibilities

Track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints; identify needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and strengthen brand awareness, relevance, and reputation.
Respond to customer queries and reviews in a timely and effective manner across channels such as phone, email, social media, listings, and chat applications.
Analyze customer feedback and prepare reports that support continuous improvement.
Conduct customer research to identify additional ways to reach target markets.
Coordinate with internal departments to respond quickly to customer needs, requests, and problems.
Write, post, renew, update, and track online advertisements and property listings across multiple platforms.
Build and improve social media accounts and audiences, and develop new ways to reach current and future residents.
Assist with scheduling social posts by working with the marketing team on content and engagement through posts and stories.
Build email campaigns for automation across various consumer tracks and research platforms for execution.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Summit’s properties, operations, and resident experience through site visits and ongoing research to support marketing strategies and engagement.
Support reputation management for corporate and property brands, including reading and analyzing data from Google Analytics.
Increase development of Summit’s corporate and property brands to enhance the value of the portfolio and ensure consistency across it.
Help build corporate culture and workplace experience.
Assist with company events, team initiatives, culture-building activities, and cross-department collaboration.
Handle additional duties as needed.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office applications and ability to work proficiently on a MacBook.
Experience with Canva and Hootsuite.
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Direct experience with social media management.
Experience with email automation campaigns and URL tracking.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Excellent organizational skills, quality verbal communication, and written communication for web, email, and letters.
Ability to set and meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at one time.
Ability and desire to collaborate with others to accomplish goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible.
Motivated, energetic self-starter; goes above and beyond in the role.
Creative thinker with new ideas.
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
