Job Description

Vintage Tub & Bath is hiring a General Marketing Project Manager for an onsite role in Mountain Top, PA. In this position, you will execute marketing and commercialization projects, working under the Director or Senior Marketing Project Manager and partnering closely with Sales, Brand, Channel, and R&D teams to keep initiatives moving from planning to delivery.

You will manage day-to-day project work, ensure deliverables land on time and meet quality expectations, and help support brand and sales strategy across the organization through well-documented plans, clear status updates, and effective cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily project tasks across marketing and commercialization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Track and monitor projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards, including regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Keep project documentation accurate and organized in the project management system, including meeting notes, status reports, and project deliverables.
  • Confirm scope clarity and support effective, efficient execution.
  • Follow up on tasks with upcoming due dates or delivery dates and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Assist with monitoring project budgets and expenses.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing effort for assigned brand, division, or business channel, including project management, creative development, and cross-functional implementation.
  • Support a range of initiatives including Product Line Extensions, fast-track/agile projects, corporate and departmental projects, special projects, and product development launches.
  • Support development of brand and sales strategies and marketing plans across the organization.
  • Maintain brand integrity across product lines, marketing tools, and all internal and external communication tied to assigned brands and channels.
  • Collaborate with sales, product and channel marketing, R&D, and operations to execute marketing plans.
  • Prepare commercialization and communication plans for all projects.
  • Support brand, channel, and sales teams with programs designed to generate growth, build incremental sales, and/or increase brand awareness within the channel(s).
  • Develop and execute creative materials supporting the brands and related products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, communications, commerce/administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or 2 years minimum as a Marketing Coordinator with basic training in Project Management.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
