About the role

Marriott International seeks a FLEX Manager for Riott Media Marketing to lead the development and activation of integrated marketing initiatives. The role focuses on brand storytelling, demand generation, and cross functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Data, and Operations to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Riott Media leadership to execute the marketing strategy that elevates brand awareness, generates demand, and supports revenue growth.
  • Plan and activate go-to-market efforts for new ad products, data offerings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Create compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates Riott Media in the commerce media landscape.
  • Work closely with Sales to develop and update pitch materials, case studies, product collateral, and client narratives to accelerate deals.
  • Support demand generation activities including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, industry partnerships, and event activations.
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workflows to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with Data and Insights teams to translate performance results into engaging marketing stories.
  • Support executive communications, industry speaking opportunities, and PR initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with Riott Media’s brand standards and long-term growth strategy.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, testing, and continuous learning across marketing initiatives.
  • Blend strategic thinking with operational rigor to drive results.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree
  • Three years of professional experience in B2B marketing, media marketing, digital advertising, or commerce media
  • Experience supporting revenue-driving organizations with strong collaboration across Sales and Product
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, media measurement, and performance marketing fundamentals

Compensation

Pay ranges by location:

  • Bethesda, MD: $46.15 to $69.23 per hour
  • New York, NY: $54.13 to $75.91 per hour
