Email Marketing Coordinator

This on-site role in Birmingham, AL offers the chance to work across multiple automotive brands with a detail-driven team. You will oversee the workflow and execution of client eCampaigns, combining operational precision with marketing know-how to ensure campaigns run on schedule, accurately, and deliver measurable results. Expect collaborative work with internal teams and vendors to manage data entry, testing, and reporting, all focused on driving campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data entry and monitor daily campaign workflow to maintain timely execution.
• Coordinate eCampaign tasks across departments to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Proof all campaign tests and live sends for accuracy and compliance.
• Dispatch daily EMLs, EBs, and eCampaign shipping emails.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign pickups and provide timely updates.
• Manage client contact updates, count requests, and vendor orders.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Produce End-of-Month (EOM) campaign recaps for internal use and client presentations.
• Pull counts and create maps to support proposals and market analysis.
• Assist in producing sales match reports and other performance documents for client meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent proofreading and meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management platforms such as ESPs, Podio, or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration and client or vendor interaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve campaign execution issues.
• Experience in the automotive marketing or advertising industry.
• Familiarity with list management, segmentation, and email campaign compliance.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email formatting.
