Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand champion, guiding growth initiatives across dine-in, to-go, and catering while expanding brand awareness among new guests and target demographics as well as our loyal base.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to identify key growth opportunities and execute strategies that support ongoing expansion.
  • Own all advertising, digital and social media, promotions, loyalty program management, brand standards, and in-store marketing for TooJay’s.
  • Generate revenue by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives sales.
  • Proactively craft plans aligned with product development and sales, driving initiatives that generate revenue and support company growth.
  • Build programs with measurable objectives and leverage data and analytics to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute the digital strategy, including email marketing and loyalty programs, SEO, and social media; oversee all digital messaging for the brand.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets in line with organizational goals.
  • Manage marketing suppliers and corporate relationships, including agencies, gift card vendors, marketing service providers, charities, and media partners.
  • Ensure consistent articulation of the brand image and positioning across the organization and to external stakeholders.
  • Develop segmentation, competitive analysis, market intelligence, lead generation, product and marketing development, pricing, promotions, budgets, and revenue-retention strategies.
  • Coach and mentor the marketing team, driving both short-term execution and long-term strategic initiatives in current and emerging markets.
  • Oversee new product development and participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of five years of experience overseeing multiple restaurant units, with casual dining and quick-serve backgrounds required.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Travel, including overnight stays, may be required up to 10% of the time.

Compensation

  • Salary range: USD 120,000 – 150,000 per year.
  • Annual discretionary bonus (eligibility and terms apply).

Location

West Palm Beach, FL (onsite at the WPB headquarters).
