Job Description
Liberty HealthShare offers an entry-level Digital Marketing and Web Assistant role in Canton, OH with a hybrid work arrangement. This position supports website management, marketing automation, content production, and member communications, providing hands-on experience across core marketing disciplines within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
- Keep website content, forms, landing pages, and digital assets current and organized
- Support regular website audits and content enhancements
- Assist with search engine optimization initiatives and site optimization tasks
- Monitor Google Search Console and respond to indexing, schema, and performance alerts
- Support user experience improvements and journey mapping
- Create and manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot
- Assist in setting up, testing, and reporting on email campaigns
- Help manage contacts and maintain CRM data quality
- Track marketing workflows, audience segments, forms, and automation processes
- Assist in developing and executing SMS campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver reporting insights
- Create and format blog posts and website content under Web Designer guidance
- Produce featured images and templated graphics for digital content as needed
- Support YouTube channel management, including thumbnails, shorts, and video publishing
- Update promotional graphics, web banners, and seasonal assets
- Assist in organizing and managing digital asset libraries
- Coordinate internal stakeholder requests
- Monitor project deadlines and follow up on deliverables
- Assist with documentation updates and process improvements
- Support cross-functional marketing and communication initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using website content management systems
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Experience creating professional content for social media, email, or websites
- Interest in digital marketing analytics and reporting
