Digital Marketing Specialist/online Sales

Quality Plastics is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist/Online Sales to drive online revenue, execute digital campaigns, and broaden marketplace presence from Sparks, NV onsite.

Responsibilities

• Drive online sales through strategic campaigns on company websites.
• Provide ROI analysis across all digital channels and deliver reports.
• Elevate the brands' online presence across platforms.
• Develop and manage a nationwide dealership program and distribution for aftermarket windshields.
• Forecast and manage marketing spend.
• Analyze performance metrics from Shopify, eBay, and Amazon Fulfillment.
• Expand the marketplace in the US and internationally as the business grows toward a 33 percent expansion.
• Pass a drug test as part of the requirements.
• Communicate clearly with the owner, accounting team, and customers.

Requirements

• Resident of the Reno-Sparks area with access to a vehicle for commuting.
• Working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and eBay internet sales.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
• Strong business mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
• Willingness to learn about the motorcycle industry.
• Clear communication with the owner, accounting, and customers.
• Ability to drive online sales via strategic marketing campaigns.
• Ability to provide ROI across digital channels and report results.
• Ability to elevate brands online presence.
• Ability to forecast and manage marketing spend.
