Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist / Marketing Communications to plan, develop, and execute campaigns, manage print and digital materials, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, and Leadership to support branding, sales, and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company initiatives, product launches, promotions, and sales goals.
  • Design and produce brochures, catalogs, flyers, ads, trade show graphics, signage, packaging, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Oversee website content, email marketing campaigns, and social media communications.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Capture and edit product, event, and lifestyle photography for use across print and digital channels.
  • Manage relationships with print vendors, promotional suppliers, photographers, and other marketing partners.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork and oversee print production from proofs to final delivery.
  • Develop customer-facing and internal communications that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to back marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Coordinate distributor marketing requests and customer communications.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects concurrently while maintaining deadlines, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor marketing performance and propose improvements using analytics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
  • Experience managing print production and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, website content management, and social media platforms.
  • Professional photography and photo editing experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
