Job Description

Come and See is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, build, and deploy multi-channel digital campaigns for global audiences. This role supports email, social, website, and app-connected marketing efforts, with an emphasis on accurate setup, ongoing optimization, and clear reporting across touchpoints.

This is a remote position based out of Colorado Springs, CO, with a full-time 40-hour (+) workweek. Salary ranges from USD 61,000 to 95,000 per year, and the role calls for 2+ years of experience.

What you’ll do

  • Draft, build, test, and deploy email campaigns using the organization’s ESP (Virtuous, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Confirm that templates, design, copy, links, UTMs, and personalization work correctly across devices.
  • Maintain email lists, segments, and automations while ensuring compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Support the setup, testing, and monitoring of automated journeys, including welcome series, nurture flows, and reactivation.
  • Track results for campaigns and report on key metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribes.
  • Develop content calendars and platform strategies.
  • Schedule and publish social content across Come and See’s social channels, coordinating copy, creative assets, and links to maintain a consistent posting calendar and brand voice.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags, routing questions, donor concerns, prayer requests, and sensitive issues to the appropriate team member when needed.
  • Coordinate cross-channel digital campaigns to keep messaging aligned across email, web, app, and social.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to align app messaging (push notifications and in-app banners) with active campaigns.
  • Prepare and format assets for app-based campaigns, including copy, images, links, and UTMs.
  • QA app push notifications and in-app messages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with fundraising, creative, and campaign teams to execute deliverables on schedule, including coordinating and organizing creative assets for deployment.
  • Manage assigned work in Asana, keeping tasks current and meeting agreed turnaround times.
  • Handle supporter data with confidentiality and in compliance with organizational security standards.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, creative, links, and send times.
  • Ensure content follows accessibility best practices and is optimized for mobile.
  • Work with campaign leads and creative teams to improve templates, workflows, and UTM tracking processes.

What you bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, social media publishing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ESP (examples include Virtuous, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills for editing email templates.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite (or similar).
  • Experience creating and managing UTM codes for campaign tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines.
