Job Description

This onsite role in Santa Fe, NM supports a mission-driven environment where you can collaborate across teams, produce content, and keep museum digital experiences current. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 58,000 per year

What You’ll Do

In this Digital Marketing Producer role, you will oversee the production and publishing of digital marketing media that reflects the Museum’s mission and brand standards. You will collaborate across Museum teams to design and curate digital content, manage updates to digital platforms, and support consistent, engaging communications across channels.

  • Oversee the production of digital marketing media including photography, video, audio, digital programming/events, and platforms
  • Produce and publish audio and video content for web, social media, and email while serving as a project manager to deliver on time
  • Photograph and record Museum-led events on and offsite
  • Coordinate with Museum ambassadors to capture and share engaging content
  • Maintain brand standards and the Museum’s institutional voice across communications
  • Lead digital graphic design services as needed
  • Publish content across social media, website, e-newsletters, and third-party platforms
  • Manage day-to-day website updates, including organizing new and existing content and improving navigation
  • Manage Museum social media platforms, respond to comments, and track and report analytics
  • Monitor and update third-party platforms such as Google Business, Yelp, and Tripadvisor
  • Build and publish monthly event email and the Museum e-newsletter
  • Submit events to external calendars and digitally boost special events on online platforms
  • Support updates and special projects related to the Museum’s audio guide
  • Provide assistance and administrative support to the Head of Marketing & Communications
  • Establish and work within a digital production operating budget
  • Provide archival support by working with assets in the Digital Asset Management System (DAMS)
  • Assist with department-led events and press events, including press previews and special events on and offsite

Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Film, or other related field
  • Experience: 2-5 years in Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, Social Media, Website, Journalism, or other related fields

Skills, Tools & Technologies

  • Experience working in a museum or non-profit organization
  • Knowledge of art and art history
  • Passion for art, including engaging with the art world in person and online
  • Experience with project management tools, social media, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) and third-party platform management
  • Technologies include: Microsoft Office, social media platforms, survey software, data collection/analysis methodologies, project management tools, Zoom, Digital Asset Management System (DAMS), Google Business, Yelp, Tripadvisor
