Job Description
Onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee shared services digital marketing for Four Seasons Hotel Fort Lauderdale and Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach across two South Florida properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital presence for both properties across all channels, designing and executing innovative campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive direct channel growth.
- Manage and optimize online and offline footprints across Four Seasons owned channels, partner sites, and third-party websites; ensure content and imagery align with brand positioning and business goals.
- Monitor and steer online reputation, report sentiment to stakeholders, and guide community responses.
- Support direct reports and agency partners with digital tactics such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with operations to drive guest data capture, usage of the Four Seasons App, and online guest reviews.
- Oversee the Local Mailing List Manager and the communications cadence for the local audience.
- Assist in writing briefs for digital campaigns, analyze results, and report key learnings.
- Contribute to reputation management by tracking public sentiment and coordinating responses across hotel and restaurant platforms.
- Regularly benchmark digital performance against local, national, international competitors and in luxury sectors to identify content and solution opportunities.
- Manage hotel and priority restaurant social channels, curate engaging content that reflects Brand DNA, and grow audience size and engagement.
- Execute active community management across all social platforms.
- Ensure social media content aligns with Brand Clarity standards and supports the monthly marketing scorecard.
- Use social channels to amplify key messages and support organic search through strategic communication.
- Adopt a data driven approach to social media strategy using monitoring and reporting tools.
- Identify, negotiate, and coordinate influencer visits; craft briefs to align expectations and ensure brand aesthetics are communicated.
- Leverage programs such as Social Native, Sprout, and other influencer platforms to vet and integrate user generated content.
- Work with each department at each property to identify and produce social media content opportunities.
- Monitor social conversations relevant to the hotel, luxury travel, and local market.
- Coordinate hotel participation in corporate global social media campaigns.
- Implement digital strategies within the Restaurant & Bar Toolkit to maximize exposure for hotel outlets online.
- Collaborate with Four Seasons Home Office, CVB, and partner social teams to maximize resort exposure opportunities.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and related reporting tools to monitor activities and optimize against KPIs.
- Deliver monthly digital KPI, social media, and Revinate reports; assist with additional marketing reporting as needed.
- Leverage Google Travel Insights and Google Hotel Insights to identify opportunities.
- Provide action plans for continuous improvement to the Marketing Scorecard in content quality, social engagement, and FS.com channel mix with an ROI mindset.
- Participate in departmental PR and marketing meetings.
- Support the design of promotional materials across print, digital, and advertising assets as needed.
- Assist the Public Relations team with creating unique experiences and local partnerships as needed.
- Assist with the production and coordination of photo and video shoots as needed.
- Adhere to Four Seasons sales and marketing standards while working professionally with colleagues and planning committees.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Four Seasons and the local hotel properties.
Requirements
- College education required.
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience.
