Digital Marketing Manager - Lead Generation - Hands On
Job Description
Rhino-Back Roofing seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale full-funnel lead generation campaigns onsite in Simsbury, CT, with an annual salary range of USD 130,000 to 160,000 for a fast-growing residential roofing company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale marketing funnels to deliver a steady stream of qualified in-home sales appointments for the sales team.
- Re-engage past leads and customers through reactivation and referral campaigns that book real appointments.
- Collaborate with a paid agency to design and test offers and hooks.
- Create landing pages and forms using accessible tools or light development guided by you.
- Route leads into the CRM with defined ownership and timely follow-up.
- Implement email and SMS nurture so no lead is left behind.
- Launch lifecycle nurture sequences, starting with 3–4 core flows: insurance-funded winback; homeowner funded not now / no-show; past customer reviews and referrals.
- Deliver initial versions within weeks and iterate based on results.
- Define and track metrics such as marketing-sourced appointments per week and reactivated appointments; monitor outcomes from each flow and co-create a simple weekly dashboard with the CTO for leadership visibility.
- Pull and segment lists for targeted campaigns.
- Draft flows in an email and SMS tool.
- Outline landing pages and offers to support campaigns.
- Move campaigns into production and monitor performance.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in digital or growth marketing for a lead-gen or home-services style business.
- Strong direct-response copy across emails, texts, landing pages, and ads.
- Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform and one landing page tool.
- Comfort directing a paid agency and an in-house content creator/video shooter while owning performance outcomes.
