Job Description

This onsite role in San Jose, CA supports growth by leading marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, coordinating projects, and contributing to a high-performing team responsible for a multi-million dollar marketing program.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ad Words, META (Facebook/Instagram), Yelp, Nextdoor, and other relevant networks.
  • Apply knowledge of emerging AI technologies and platforms to enhance campaign performance.
  • Coordinate and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Create and maintain marketing analysis reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop, test, and refine advertising content and creative assets to improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing advertising budgets across multiple digital channels including Google Ad Words, META, and other relevant platforms.
  • Extensive social media marketing experience across META, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital performance tracking tools.
  • On-site work at the corporate office in San Jose, five days per week; remote or hybrid work is not available.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; minimum of five years of relevant experience.
