Commercial Escrow & Marketing Coordinator

ATA National Title Group, LLC is seeking a Commercial Escrow & Marketing Coordinator to join its Clinton Township, Michigan on-site team. This role blends escrow support within the commercial title insurance space with hands-on marketing responsibilities, requiring strong organization, proactive collaboration, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A minimum of two years' experience in title processing or pre-processing is expected to ensure a smooth integration into the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review escrow paperwork, contracts, and closing statements.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal team members to ensure smooth closings.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Disburse closing proceeds according to approved instructions.
• Maintain precise transaction records and file documents.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns across channels.
• Assist with social media accounts and online presence.
• Help streamline the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, emails, and presentations.
• Assist in coordinating events, client outreach, and networking opportunities.
• Track and report on marketing performance and engagement metrics.

Requirements
