VP of Digital Marketing
Job Description
Results-driven Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead and scale digital lead generation and drive revenue growth across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive top-line growth by optimizing digital lead generation across channels
- Create and implement a comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing plan spanning paid search, paid social, display advertising, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, and more
- Monitor and optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI)
- Assemble, guide, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team
- Oversee relationships with lead-generation vendors, agencies, and media partners
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure lead quality and pipeline efficiency
- Implement and maintain tracking systems, attribution models, and reporting dashboards
- Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and technologies
- Own the digital marketing budget and allocate spend efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum five years in digital marketing with emphasis on performance marketing and lead generation
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through digital channels
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, programmatic display, and SEO
- Experience managing large annual budgets, preferably $1M+
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and attribution tools
- Experience collaborating with or managing lead generation vendors and aggregators
- Solid leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
