Job Description

Results-driven Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead and scale digital lead generation and drive revenue growth across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-line growth by optimizing digital lead generation across channels
  • Create and implement a comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing plan spanning paid search, paid social, display advertising, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, and more
  • Monitor and optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI)
  • Assemble, guide, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team
  • Oversee relationships with lead-generation vendors, agencies, and media partners
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure lead quality and pipeline efficiency
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems, attribution models, and reporting dashboards
  • Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and technologies
  • Own the digital marketing budget and allocate spend efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum five years in digital marketing with emphasis on performance marketing and lead generation
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through digital channels
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, programmatic display, and SEO
  • Experience managing large annual budgets, preferably $1M+
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and attribution tools
  • Experience collaborating with or managing lead generation vendors and aggregators
  • Solid leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

From $150,000 per year
