$150k+/yr Full time Marketing Analytics Campaign Management

Results-driven Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead and scale digital lead generation and drive revenue growth across all digital channels.

Drive top-line growth by optimizing digital lead generation across channels
Create and implement a comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing plan spanning paid search, paid social, display advertising, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, and more
Monitor and optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI)
Assemble, guide, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team
Oversee relationships with lead-generation vendors, agencies, and media partners
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure lead quality and pipeline efficiency
Implement and maintain tracking systems, attribution models, and reporting dashboards
Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and technologies
Own the digital marketing budget and allocate spend efficiently

Minimum five years in digital marketing with emphasis on performance marketing and lead generation
Proven track record of scaling revenue through digital channels
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, programmatic display, and SEO
Experience managing large annual budgets, preferably $1M+
Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and attribution tools
Experience collaborating with or managing lead generation vendors and aggregators
Solid leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

Experience in home services, home improvement, or other high-volume lead generation sectors
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
