Vice President, Marketing Insights and Systems

Alight is seeking a senior marketing analytics and systems leader to build the data-driven engine behind scalable growth in an enterprise health services technology environment. In the role of Vice President, Marketing Insights and Systems, you will architect the operational, analytical, and GTM foundations that empower cross-functional teams to move quickly with reliable, real-time insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish a unified marketing analytics program with reproducible reporting, automated dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI frameworks to deliver real-time information across the organization.
• Provide executive-level insights that shape strategy and guide investment decisions.
• Lead TAM, market structure, and whitespace analyses to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.
• Oversee and architect end-to-end GTM systems, including funnel design, lifecycle workflows, qualification criteria, and enablement paths.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, FP&A, and Customer Success to ensure lifecycle alignment.
• Own and evolve the marketing technology stack to ensure scalability, data integrity, compliance, and seamless integration.
• Establish operating frameworks, governance models, and performance management processes to support predictable revenue growth.
• Lead attribution strategy, funnel analytics, and marketing performance measurement across channels and segments.
• Design and manage a comprehensive win/loss program.
• Present insights to senior leadership and secure alignment on actions.
• Partner with Product and Finance to support pricing architecture and monetization strategy.
• Support offer experiments and scenario modeling.
• Manage and coach the team through transformation; the technology operations/marketing operations professionals are fluent in Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, Clay, Zapier, Qualified, 1mind, Power BI, and related tools.
• Lead with an AI-first mindset, testing and scaling using insights, technology, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Advanced analytical skills; experience in regulated or healthcare-related industries preferred.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum: 285,000 USD; Maximum: 300,000 USD per year
