Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders to design marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage campaigns in Workfront, overseeing projects and partner requests while keeping stakeholders informed on progress and performance
- With the marketing services team, supervise material development, campaign management, and performance tracking
- Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors
- Analyze market trends and client insights to guide marketing direction
- Develop lead generation, brand awareness, and nurture programs
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep deliverables best in class while streamlining operations, processes, and reporting
- Review deliverables from the Marketing shared services group for brand, message, audience alignment, accuracy, and compliance
- Research lead generation ideas, SEO practices, and future campaign effectiveness
- Improve marketing quality by evaluating processes and accelerating speed to market
- Collect and analyze market, marketing, and campaign data and translate it into actionable reports
- Serve as a business segment champion within Marketing and represent Marketing to the business units
- Coordinate content, messaging, design, and tracking across paid media, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, website, social, SEO, and other channels with internal partners and external vendors
- Handle special projects and additional marketing support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of marketing experience (client-side or agency), including project management; Commercial Banking or Financial Services marketing experience is preferred
- Strong project management skills; Workfront experience is helpful but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with executives
- Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects and solve problems
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize amid changing demands
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Interaction Studio
- Experience developing and deploying account-based marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
