Social Media Marketing Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos, Reels, and video content of treatments, patient experiences, and in-clinic moments
- Plan, organize, and document before and after content professionally and in compliance with guidelines
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
- Design and edit materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Support email marketing efforts, including content creation, design, and messaging
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing/Data Specialist to align content with performance insights and strategy
- Work with medical providers and in-office staff to accurately showcase treatments and patient results
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and elevated visual standard across all content
- Assist with event planning such as pop-ups, open houses, and community outreach initiatives
- Represent the brand at tabling events, networking opportunities, and in-person promotions
- Distribute marketing materials including flyers, promotional items, and discount cards
- Work primarily in-office at the Merced location, with travel to the Turlock location as needed
- Support content planning, scheduling, and campaign organization to ensure consistency and growth
Requirements
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing design (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in capturing high-quality photos, Reels, and professional video content
- Experience with editing platforms such as Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and audience engagement
- Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with patients, staff, and medical providers
- Ability to maintain a polished, professional presence in an in-office clinical environment
- Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera when needed
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to travel between locations (Merced and Turlock)
- Outgoing, confident, and proactive personality
- Demonstrates maturity, reliability, and professionalism at all times
- Open to learning, adapting, and applying skills within the medical aesthetics industry and La Belle’s brand standards
