Fuel Cell Store is hiring a Sales & Marketing Specialist to grow online revenue through inbound inside sales and digital marketing from Bryan, TX.
Responsibilities
- Manage email quoting, website inquiries, and process online sales orders
- Provide customer support and deliver informed product recommendations
- Support content creation, product listings, promotions, and website updates
- Assist with Google Ads, Amazon advertising, and e-commerce platform optimization
- Track performance metrics including sales, traffic, and ad ROI to refine strategies
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, professional, friendly tone
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organization and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-first mindset with a positive, helpful attitude
