Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating qualified leads and positioning Amptive as the premier marketing partner for jewelry retailers, directing content marketing, email campaigns, partnerships, webinars, events, and thought leadership to strengthen the agency’s market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and governance of Amptive's content strategy across channels
  • Author educational blogs, white papers, case studies, and industry reports
  • Produce LinkedIn content and thought leadership campaigns
  • Coordinate video content and webinar topics
  • Repurpose content for multiple channels and formats
  • Plan and execute ongoing email marketing campaigns
  • Build automated lead nurturing sequences
  • Deliver retailer newsletters and educational campaigns
  • Oversee CRM workflows and lead scoring
  • Enhance engagement and conversions through targeted email programs
  • Develop relationships with jewelry retailers across North America
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture longer-term opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Foster relationships with jewelry industry consultants
  • Develop relationships with POS providers
  • Foster connections with CRM companies
  • Engage with industry associations and buying groups
  • Build partnerships with technology providers
  • Collaborate with jewelry manufacturers and brands
  • Plan and coordinate educational webinars
  • Manage invitation and registration campaigns for events
  • Support industry events such as JCK Las Vegas, Luxury, Centurion, buying group conferences, and regional jewelry events
  • Create case studies and success stories
  • Interview clients to capture performance metrics
  • Showcase retailer results across various marketing channels

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of email marketing strategy
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to design and implement lead nurturing campaigns
  • Understanding of segmentation and automation best practices
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience producing blogs, newsletters, reports, and case studies
  • Ability to translate industry insights into educational content
  • Excellent written communication
  • Capability to craft compelling emails, landing pages, webinar promotions, LinkedIn posts, and sales materials
  • Strong networking and communication abilities
  • Comfort presenting to executives and business owners
  • Ability to build enduring professional relationships
  • Experience using LinkedIn for business development
  • A familiarity with Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Understanding of social selling strategies
  • Experience managing sales pipelines
  • Lead tracking and reporting experience
  • Marketing automation workflows expertise
  • Experience in the jewelry industry
  • Knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce platforms
  • Understanding of SEO and AI Search Optimization (SGO)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience with webinar and event marketing
  • Experience collaborating with agencies
  • Digital marketing experience: 2 years (required)
  • B2B digital marketing sales experience: 2 years (preferred)
  • E-commerce development experience: 2 years (required)
