Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating qualified leads and positioning Amptive as the premier marketing partner for jewelry retailers, directing content marketing, email campaigns, partnerships, webinars, events, and thought leadership to strengthen the agency’s market presence.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and governance of Amptive's content strategy across channels
Author educational blogs, white papers, case studies, and industry reports
Produce LinkedIn content and thought leadership campaigns
Coordinate video content and webinar topics
Repurpose content for multiple channels and formats
Plan and execute ongoing email marketing campaigns
Build automated lead nurturing sequences
Deliver retailer newsletters and educational campaigns
Oversee CRM workflows and lead scoring
Enhance engagement and conversions through targeted email programs
Develop relationships with jewelry retailers across North America
Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings
Follow up with prospects and nurture longer-term opportunities
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Foster relationships with jewelry industry consultants
Develop relationships with POS providers
Foster connections with CRM companies
Engage with industry associations and buying groups
Build partnerships with technology providers
Collaborate with jewelry manufacturers and brands
Plan and coordinate educational webinars
Manage invitation and registration campaigns for events
Support industry events such as JCK Las Vegas, Luxury, Centurion, buying group conferences, and regional jewelry events
Create case studies and success stories
Interview clients to capture performance metrics
Showcase retailer results across various marketing channels

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of email marketing strategy
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Ability to design and implement lead nurturing campaigns
Understanding of segmentation and automation best practices
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Experience producing blogs, newsletters, reports, and case studies
Ability to translate industry insights into educational content
Excellent written communication
Capability to craft compelling emails, landing pages, webinar promotions, LinkedIn posts, and sales materials
Strong networking and communication abilities
Comfort presenting to executives and business owners
Ability to build enduring professional relationships
Experience using LinkedIn for business development
A familiarity with Sales Navigator is a plus
Understanding of social selling strategies
Experience managing sales pipelines
Lead tracking and reporting experience
Marketing automation workflows expertise
Experience in the jewelry industry
Knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce platforms
Understanding of SEO and AI Search Optimization (SGO)
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with webinar and event marketing
Experience collaborating with agencies
Digital marketing experience: 2 years (required)
B2B digital marketing sales experience: 2 years (preferred)

Job Description

Universal Music Group seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to support FONO in Woodland Hills, onsite. This role focuses on artist brand strategy, direct-to-consumer initiatives, and cross-channel content and advertising to build narratives and deepen fan engagement with the artists.

Responsibilities

Develop artist brand strategies that craft narratives and cultivate superfandom.
Plan direct-to-consumer tactics aimed at advancing artist growth.
Maintain an always-on, fan-facing strategy aligned with the artist’s persona and releases.
Produce engaging, clear copy for multiple advertising channels, including websites, social media, and print ads.
Apply awareness of music culture to position the artist within cultural conversations and drive narrative alignment.
Create and implement brand and narrative guidelines; possess strong knowledge of Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music charts, along with familiarity with Twitch, TikTok, Reddit, SoundCloud, and Discord.
Demonstrate proficiency with professional presentation tools (Power Point, Sheets, Keynote, Canva) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field.
3+ years of experience in brand strategy, copywriting, and creative design.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within an ad agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Exceptional creative and design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.
Proven experience developing and implementing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining keen attention to detail.
