Sales and Marketing Manager

Sales and Marketing Manager for Cluck Ya Poultry, responsible for sales, marketing and administrative functions with distributor partners in ME, MA, NH and VT, in a hybrid role based in Augusta, ME, with on-site and remote work options and growth opportunities into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cluck Ya Poultry in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont with distributor partners in the field for new and existing customers
• Process all Cluck Ya Poultry orders through order entry
• Engage in new business development activities led by the VP, Sales and Marketing
• Manage account relationships with existing accounts to upsell and promote new items across distribution channels
• Oversee social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms as needed
• Lead direct to consumer program management with planning, partner acquisition, product development and growth strategy
• Coordinate customer deliveries to markets as needed
• Execute merchandising and planogram updates with current supermarket partners

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Sales and marketing experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Presentation and public speaking experience with focus on the selling process
• CRM experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to operate a refrigerated non CDL vehicle as needed for customer deliveries
• Maintain an organized workspace
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for long periods
• Ability to lift, bend and handle repetitive motions throughout the day
• Maintain good personal hygiene
• Ability to read orders and complete simple math
• Communicate clearly with team members in a noisy environment
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
