Job Description

This onsite Retail Marketing Coordinator role in Wilsonville, OR supports marketing communication and retail campaigns across mass-market and specialty retail, online, and reseller channels.

Responsibilities

  • Produce sales resources, including custom presentations, sales collateral, and launch and product assets
  • Develop email campaigns for partners with measurable calls to action
  • Oversee merchandising activities and coordination
  • Assist in executing detailed merchandising plans with partners to maximize brand exposure
  • Assist in developing in-store POP displays
  • Support POP sourcing, including supplier selection, end products, and timelines
  • Produce new product launch materials and updates
  • Develop and maintain selling tools
  • Audit product marketing sheets for accuracy
  • Coordinate launch communications across channels
  • Create internal trackers on Monday.com to monitor channel activities by channel or partner
  • Produce graphic design and copy using multiple graphics programs
  • Maintain and update partner and brand specific collateral
  • Manage print collateral such as business cards, inventory, and print runs for internal and channel partners within budget
  • Coordinate SWAG orders within budget for internal and channel partners
  • Collaborate with marketing managers on online marketing projects, including email campaigns, product launches, and partner keyword-based search advertising
  • Build asset toolkits for partners to use on their own web pages
  • Manage collateral for external partners
  • Maintain build sheets for partner item setup
  • Audit partner detail pages and correct minor grammar, branding, and imaging issues
  • Assist with optimizing product listings on partner detail pages
  • Maintain and edit the TargetPath website
  • Plan activities aligned with the client’s overall company strategy
  • Create social media content for multiple brands across various channels
  • Assist in developing and compiling monthly social messaging calendars and writing copy for all social posts
  • Plan social media calendars around events and launches
  • Respond to social media messages and comments via direct messages
  • Provide pre-event support for shows and events, including preparing event orders, literature, SWAG and partner seeding kits, shipping, and on-time delivery of materials
  • Provide general administrative support to the channel marketing, marketing, and sales teams
  • May complete desktop publishing tasks such as email communications, bulletins, and HTMLs
  • May provide editing support for marketing communications and sales activities

Other responsibilities

  • May complete desktop publishing assignments including email communications, bulletins, HTMLs etc.
  • May provide additional editing support for MarCom and sales activities

Requirements

  • BS degree in Marketing, News Media, or related field
  • Experience in social media or marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or fashion
  • Proficiency across multiple social platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to create compelling content across text, image, and video
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
  • Ability to anticipate digital technology trends and act proactively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong creativity
  • Strong multitasking and analytical abilities
  • Tech savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Photoshop preferred
  • Graphic design and or photography skills/experience desirable
