Recruitment Marketing Campaign Manager

This contract role (through Dec 2026) partners with internal leaders and external vendors to build and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns, driving candidate attraction, employer brand visibility, and talent pipeline growth. Based onsite in Denver, CO, you will own performance-driven campaign execution with room to apply data-backed recommendations across multiple hiring areas.
What you’ll do
You will independently lead end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns for assigned business areas, managing intake, approvals, timelines, cross-functional workflows, coordination, billing, and vendor partnerships with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Develop, deploy, and optimize campaigns across channels including Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads
- Create and manage assets using employer brand templates, including landing pages, event promotion, and sponsored job management
- Use Canva Pro, Phenom, and tracking systems such as UTM parameters and attribution tools to measure and improve performance
- Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and produce dashboards and reporting (including Visier) plus executive-ready summaries
- Turn insights into actionable recommendations that improve ROI, strengthen campaign outcomes, and refine processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep campaigns on-brand, scalable, and effective
- Facilitate meetings, set clear expectations, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders across all levels
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment marketing strategy using systems thinking to spot patterns and trends, while staying current on recruitment marketing, media, and employer branding developments
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent marketing, or related project management roles
- Proven ability to independently manage multi-channel, performance-driven campaigns including paid media, job boards, and employer branding initiatives
- Strong client-facing skills, including guiding internal stakeholders and Talent Acquisition leaders on recruitment marketing strategy
- Solid understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and how marketing influences hiring outcomes
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Phenom, paid media platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), and marketing asset creation (Canva Pro)
- Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to drive insights and recommendations
- Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional workflows
- Highly organized with strong judgment to manage competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in high-volume environments
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or high-volume hiring preferred
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday), UTM tracking, and source attribution
- Demonstrates resilience, initiative, and the ability to operate autonomously in a collaborative setting

Compensation and benefits
Salary range: USD $70,000 - $106,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
