Job Description

Based in Farmington Hills, The Sam Bernstein Law Firm seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media initiatives across Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, driving both lead generation and brand awareness. This hybrid role emphasizes hands-on campaign management, budget optimization, and collaboration with a dynamic in-house marketing team to deliver measurable results.

Role overview

The successful candidate will build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms while supporting the firm’s growth objectives. They should enjoy working with performance data, testing new ideas, and adapting to evolving platforms and priorities to maximize impact on lead generation and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok, and other digital outlets.
  • Manage daily and monthly budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize leads and maintain cost efficiency while meeting conversion goals.
  • Apply targeting options across platforms, including location, demographics, interests, and behavior-based targeting.
  • Run A/B and multivariate experiments to test creatives, placements, and messaging, then optimize for performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using in-platform analytics, CRM data, and other BI sources to evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to support lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform rules, industry regulations, and brand standards.
  • Step in to support marketing operations, improve processes, and help the team achieve business objectives beyond paid media management.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Understanding of key performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and other campaign KPIs.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into decisions and recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and areas of digital marketing.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative environment where priorities evolve and team members contribute across initiatives.
  • Experience in professional services, legal, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience, certifications, and demonstrated skills will be considered.
  • Experience working within an in-house marketing team is strongly preferred.
  • Google Ads experience: 1 year (Required).

Compensation

USD 55,000 - 65,000 per yearly.
