Job Description
Onsite in Bridgeton, NJ, Inspira Health Network seeks a Performance Marketing Manager - Public Relations to lead digital marketing initiatives across web, social, and email, with a focus on content creation, analytics and ROI, channel performance, and managing staff and vendor partners.
Responsibilities
- Promote Inspira Health Network's mission, brand, and services to the public through digital media channels, including web, social media, email, and other platforms.
- Excel in digital influence, social networking, digital storytelling, online reputation management, and audience engagement.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive ROI and inform decision making.
- Advance Inspira Health's marketing strategy across new and existing social and digital channels.
- Write, design, and develop digital content (original text, images, video, etc.) and actively engage with the audience.
- Capture, analyze, and apply digital metrics, insights, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Monitor and optimize channel performance.
- Lead direct reports and manage vendor partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience; healthcare experience preferred. Recent experience in each area of responsibility is required.
- At least 2 years managing brand-level social media channels and campaigns, with in-depth knowledge of major platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn experience preferred.
- At least 2 years managing WYSIWYG websites and web projects.
- At least 2 years collaborating on omni-channel marketing content strategy.
- At least 2 years reporting on digital or social campaigns.
- Experience managing direct reports and/or vendors preferred.
- Experience running email marketing campaigns, including logic-based drip campaigns.
- Technology proficiency: MS Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics.
- Technology preferences: Drupal, WordPress, Listrak, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HIVE or similar project management tool, Meltwater.
- Proficient writer, particularly for digital media.
- Motivated to continuously improve skills and demonstrate ongoing learning to maintain best practices.
