Job Description
CT Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to develop and execute campaigns for a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities in Lakewood, NJ, with a focus on social media strategies and digital and print marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Produce and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
- Create and deploy digital and print assets, including flyers, email outreach, and promotions for community events.
- Track campaign performance, analyze analytics, and refine tactics to improve results.
- Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with community objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields; real estate or multifamily experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social channels, content creation, and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects at once.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense for branding and visual storytelling.
