Office & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized office files including staff and children records to meet state and Goddard requirements
• Update health and medical files and binders, ensuring accuracy
• Support licensing and inspection binders and related documentation
• Manage applicant database and coordinate interview scheduling
• Create and refresh content for social media and the school website
• Conduct market research, track leads, and generate reports
• Develop marketing and promotional campaigns content
• Plan and organize school promotional events and graduation ceremonies
• Develop and maintain school activity and event calendars
• Produce and upload promotional videos to multiple platforms
• Understand and implement Goddard Health & Safety procedures
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

• 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management, Marketing, Childcare, Psychology or related field
• 2+ years of experience in office and/or executive management; marketing or social media experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with major social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Yelp) and search engines (Google, Bing)
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and best practices
