Job Description

Media Manager role with Amazon.com Services LLC in Santa Monica, CA (onsite), offering a salary range of USD 86,700 - 151,700 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end cross-channel media planning and execution for designated campaigns, coordinating with external media agencies and internal activation teams to translate business objectives into media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal Retail stakeholders on the broader marketing campaign plan as the paid media expert.
  • Drive real-time optimizations based on key KPIs and compile regular reporting from multiple sources.
  • Produce comprehensive campaign wrap reports with strategic, actionable insights.
  • Inform leadership and stakeholders on the rationale behind decisions and recommendations.
  • Leverage expertise to lead projects outside day-to-day campaign work that impact the media team and broader XCM organization.
  • Operate within a highly matrixed organization and represent the team with integrity and independence.
  • Partner with other Amazon media managers to align on investment decisions and share insights across the team for audience-driven outcomes.
  • Contribute insights to advertising portfolio strategy and investment models.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Deep expertise in cross-channel media strategy, with a track record of leading complex initiatives at an agency or within a large advertiser's in-house team.
  • Experience designing and optimizing multiple concurrent marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience using industry measurement and planning tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, and Comscore.
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
