Job Description

Onsite role in Meridian, ID focused on paid advertising for new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet KPIs for new customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and revenue growth.
  • Perform thorough audience segmentation and competitive benchmarking to guide creative strategies and maximize campaign performance.
  • Track campaign metrics, produce monthly reports, and deliver actionable insights to improve results and achieve objectives.
  • Identify new targeting opportunities, explore additional ad formats, and optimize campaigns for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned to support the paid media program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with strong targeting, bidding, and performance-tracking skills
  • Experience planning and optimizing paid media budgets to meet performance goals and maximize ROI
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization best practices
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven track record delivering strategic plans and managing multiple deadlines in dynamic settings
  • Comfortable managing budgets to meet performance goals within allocated spend
