Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads - Acquisition & Growth)
Job Description
Onsite role in Meridian, ID focused on paid advertising for new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet KPIs for new customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and revenue growth.
- Perform thorough audience segmentation and competitive benchmarking to guide creative strategies and maximize campaign performance.
- Track campaign metrics, produce monthly reports, and deliver actionable insights to improve results and achieve objectives.
- Identify new targeting opportunities, explore additional ad formats, and optimize campaigns for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned to support the paid media program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with strong targeting, bidding, and performance-tracking skills
- Experience planning and optimizing paid media budgets to meet performance goals and maximize ROI
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization best practices
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects concurrently
- Proven track record delivering strategic plans and managing multiple deadlines in dynamic settings
- Comfortable managing budgets to meet performance goals within allocated spend
