Job Description

Marketing Specialist role, onsite in Lansdale, PA, focused on leading visual storytelling, content strategy, and the brand’s digital presence for Village Handcrafted Cabinetry.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high quality marketing materials such as catalogues, sell sheets, booklets, advertisements, and product photography
  • Create engaging social media content that communicates our brand quality and craftsmanship
  • Write and develop blog posts highlighting products, design inspiration, and industry expertise
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop email campaigns for trade accounts, including newsletters and product launches using HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Manage and organize the photography library and coordinate product photoshoots
  • Develop graphics and visual assets for both print and digital channels
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and maintain visual cohesion
  • Elevate content quality to reflect our premium positioning and craftsmanship
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to establish and maintain brand guidelines and templates
  • Manage and refresh the company website with new content and product information
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution across all platforms in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • Create content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns using HubSpot targeting trade partners and dealers
  • Create targeted content and communications for the trade account network
  • Support the creation of promotional materials and campaigns to aid dealer and trade partner sales efforts
  • Maintain regular communication with trade accounts through email campaigns and updates
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing on overall marketing strategy and campaign development
  • Provide creative input on brand positioning and messaging
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and brand visibility

Requirements

  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Ability to design and produce promotional materials and coordinate product photography
  • Experience creating social media content that reflects brand quality and craftsmanship
  • Strong writing skills for blogs, product content, and email communications
  • Experience collaborating with senior marketing leadership on strategy, branding, and website updates
  • Ability to manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting across channels
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines and templates
  • Experience supporting dealer and trade partner sales through promotional campaigns
  • Excellent communication with trade accounts via email campaigns and updates
  • Strategic mindset to contribute to overall marketing strategy and campaign development
  • Creative acumen to support brand positioning and messaging
  • Strong teamwork and ethical standards, aligning with company values of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Onsite availability in Lansdale, PA
