Job Description

Marketing Coordinator role in Lansdale, PA on site, focused on growing the referral base and executing marketing initiatives for a multi-location oral surgery practice.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and sustain relationships with referring dental offices and healthcare providers
Identify and cultivate new referral sources
Plan outreach programs including office visits, events, and follow-ups
Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital channels and in-person events
Analyze referral trends, patient flow, and overall marketing performance
Deliver quarterly marketing and referral analytics to doctors and leadership
Oversee website, SEO, and online presence to maintain visibility
Support internal initiatives such as study clubs, events, and community outreach
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and market opportunities

Requirements

2+ years in marketing, sales, advertising, or business development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable building relationships and representing the practice externally
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Healthcare or dental experience is a plus, but not required
