Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Quadax is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Laboratory Billing & Revenue Cycle Services division in Middleburg Heights, OH on a hybrid schedule. This position focuses on coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that raise awareness, boost customer engagement, and drive lead generation and business growth. The role offers a salary range of USD 50,000 to 60,000 per year, reflecting the level of experience and impact expected in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for the Laboratory Billing & Revenue Cycle Services division.
- Coordinate the annual marketing calendar and campaign plans in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
- Collaborate regularly with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success to align priorities and identify marketing opportunities.
- Help develop and implement marketing initiatives that support growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee cross-functional marketing projects across digital marketing, marketing operations, communications, creative services, and events.
- Create and coordinate content including blogs, customer success stories, case studies, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and social media.
- Coordinate subject matter experts, customer speakers, and external partners for educational content and events.
- Manage content development and proofreading for the quarterly Laboratory Billing client newsletter.
- Research industry trends to identify opportunities for marketing content and thought leadership.
- Partner with Sales to develop materials that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Attend recurring meetings to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Coordinate the development of presentations, collateral, customer stories, campaign assets, and other sales support materials.
- Assist with proposal development and strategic marketing initiatives as needed.
- Work with Marketing Operations to support campaign execution and lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate marketing activities for conferences, webinars, customer events, and industry programs.
- Assist with planning, content development, logistics, and promotional efforts for events.
- Identify speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase market awareness.
- Support follow-up marketing activities to maximize engagement after events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3β5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, healthcare, technology, SaaS, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
