Located onsite in Chester, West Virginia, this role positions you within a long-standing culture of care that spans seventy years. It focuses on educating referral partners and aligning marketing and admissions for post-acute and therapy services across The Orchards and Harvest Therapy. You will collaborate closely with marketing, admissions, and business development to strengthen partnerships, improve service delivery, and support residents and their families. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, business development and other teams to broaden brand identity, awareness, and engagement as a continuing care partner for post-acute and therapy services.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate daily and monthly opportunities to engage stakeholders, customers, referral partners, and the community.
  • Work with operational and business development teams to troubleshoot issues that affect stakeholders and organizational processes.
  • Assist with developing, maintaining, and evaluating admission and discharge processes and customer service systems across the organization.
  • Use Trella Insights and CRM to collect meaningful data on referral partner opportunities and track metrics in Bloom to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify and recommend tools and programs to enhance the experience of customers, potential customers, and referral partners.
  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal and external organizational communications systems.
  • Maintain open, proactive communication with residents, families, referral partners, and staff to foster cooperation around admissions and discharges.
  • Establish and maintain professional contacts in the community, schools, and referral sources; may serve as a liaison to external stakeholders for brand building, admissions, discharges, and recruiting efforts.
  • Contribute to the Continuous Quality Improvement Plan through collaboration with the Quality Assurance committee.
  • Participate in committees and attend meetings as required; provide administrative support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Two years of marketing or sales experience.
