Job Description

The Wedding Ring Shop seeks a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator in Honolulu to oversee creative design, email and SMS marketing, in-store initiatives, direct mail, events, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Create or oversee the production of event graphics, counter cards, web banners, landing page assets, social ads, and print collateral such as golden tickets and booklets.
  • Maintain creative timelines to ensure all assets are delivered on schedule.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate copywriting for bulk and segmented messaging campaigns.
  • Plan and execute campaigns using CRM systems, Podium, and Constant Contact.
  • Pull, format, and segment client lists for the sales team and general distribution.
  • Develop email and SMS templates for sales and support teams.
  • Oversee printing, production, and installation of in-store signage including banners and visual displays.
  • Refresh monthly promotional content for stairwell TV displays.
  • Execute direct mail campaigns from list selection to stamping, mailing, and tracking.
  • Submit co-op files for brand approval and monitor reimbursement tracking.
  • Plan and coordinate monthly in-store events and holiday activations.
  • Source and contract event vendors such as caterers, musicians, and bartenders.
  • Collect W9s, process vendor payments, and manage event budgets between $700 and $900 per event.
  • Gather and organize photography and video assets from event partners.
  • Support bridal show preparation and other marketing tasks as needed.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content that aligns with a luxury brand for Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, and Google Business.
  • Manage the full content lifecycle from planning to publishing and analytics; produce at least two new concepts weekly or repurpose vendor content.
  • Post daily, respond to direct messages, engage with followers, and maintain an active community presence.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and capture in-store and event content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in marketing, events, design, or related roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with email and SMS platforms including Podium and Constant Contact.
  • Ability to shoot and edit mobile photos and videos using CapCut, InShot, and similar apps.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends as needed to support events.
