Marketing Services Representative
Job Description
This hybrid role in West Chicago centers on selling and servicing Epsilon products to automotive dealer clients within an assigned territory, with four days in the office each week.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer service to automotive dealer clients within the designated territory by servicing and selling the Epsilon product line to existing accounts to support retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Conduct proactive outreach to assigned dealer clients, offering consultative guidance; review program results and propose enhancements to maximize program effectiveness; identify opportunities for additional products and services.
- Report to the Inside Sales Manager and collaborate with Dealer Marketing Consultants in the territory to align on sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
- Act in accordance with corporate values and priorities in all communications, decisions, and actions; contribute to sales growth and strong client relationships.
- Aim to meet or exceed sales targets by promoting Epsilon products within the assigned market.
- Build and grow relationships with local OEM field representatives within the territory.
- Participate in resolving customer concerns and managing cancellation turnaround efforts with consistent support for existing clients.
- Identify issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of concerns.
- Maintain timely, detailed, and accurate records in Salesforce.com of activities, phone conversations, outcomes, and other pertinent client interactions; complete additional reporting as directed by the Executive Director.
- Assist with the rollout of new sales programs and products by reviewing materials for accuracy and providing feedback for improvement.
- Perform related duties as needed to support corporate objectives; uphold corporate values in communications and decisions.
- Respond to regional and corporate requests for information and follow up to support communication.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Ability to manage territory activity to optimize support for assigned key customers
- Exemplary phone etiquette
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills
