Marketing & Promotion Specialist

The Marketing & Promotion Specialist at TOYO SOLAR TEXAS LLC will design and run integrated marketing promotion strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support sales growth within the U.S. market. The role coordinates campaigns across digital and offline channels with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Role Focus

This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing promotion plans aimed at expanding presence in the U.S. market. The work includes end-to-end management of promotional campaigns across both digital and offline channels, in partnership with internal teams and outside agency resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore brand marketing opportunities and develop business partnerships, including independent planning and execution of marketing events and driving collaborations through completion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing activity aligns with service offerings.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
• Organize and support events, exhibitions, webinars, and seminars.
• Maintain brand consistency while ensuring marketing materials and activities comply with applicable industry regulations.
• Provide marketing and communications support to the Investor Relations (IR) team as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in market branding within the solar energy industry.
• Proven proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to domestic business travel or traveling abroad.

Compensation and Work Details

• Salary: USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00).
• Position type: Full-time.
