Position overview

The Marketing and Practice Relations Coordinator drives growth for Commonwealth Endodontics by strengthening referral doctor relationships, elevating our digital presence, and promoting the practice within the community. This highly visible, autonomous role collaborates with practice leadership across multiple locations to support continued expansion and patient outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives targeting referring doctors and patients
• Build and sustain relationships with referring doctors and their teams through proactive outreach
• Manage referring doctor database, tracking systems, and reporting to identify trends
• Oversee online presence including social media, website content, online reviews, and SEO performance
• Create and maintain branded marketing materials and promotional resources
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events from concept to completion
• Assist with marketing budget planning, tracking, and implementation
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute ideas for growth and improvement
• Support practice-wide initiatives including customer service improvements, expansion efforts, and process development
• Lead promotional campaigns and community outreach efforts
• Perform additional duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or related field (required)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between office locations as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new digital platforms
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance
• Equivalent experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare/dental office administration with focus on relationships and communication will be considered
